Academic Regalia Rental Information
Faculty needing to rent academic regalia for the ceremony should fill out the online Regalia Order Form by April 12th. Late orders will not be accepted. The Chancellor’s Office will pay for the cost of the rental. Your regalia will be available for pickup in Balch Fieldhouse on:
- Wednesday, May 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, May 9, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Friday, May 10, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
After the ceremony, rented regalia must be returned to Balch Fieldhouse by 4:00 p.m. that day. Any regalia not returned at this time can be returned to the CU Book Store, located in the UMC, during regular business hours.
Faculty Line-up/Procession
Faculty should line up with their school or college on the Norlin Quadrangle by 7:45 a.m. The procession begins at 8:00 a.m. Please march at the head of the line with your standard bearer and be seated with the students on the stadium floor.
Chancellor’s Brunch
Faculty are invited to attend the Chancellor’s Brunch, immediately following the ceremony in the Stadium Club room.
