Winter Ceremony 2013

Marshals are a vital part of a successful ceremony—fill out the Marshal Form to volunteer!

Academic Regalia Rental Information   

Marshals needing to rent academic regalia for the winter ceremony should fill out the online Regalia Order Form by April 12th.   The Chancellor’s Office will pay for the cost of the rental. Your regalia will be available for pick up in Balch Fieldhouse on:

  • Wednesday, May 8, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday, May 10, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

After the ceremony, rented regalia must be returned to Balch Fieldhouse  by 4:00 p.m. that day. Any regalia not returned at this time can be returned to the CU Book Store, located in the UMC, during regular business hours.

Marshal’s Luncheon

The Marshal’s luncheon for the spring ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 8 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the UMC, room 235.  R.S.V.P. regrets only, to Sarah Adderholt, at Commencement@Colorado.EDU.

Chancellor’s Brunch

Marshals are invited to attend the Chancellor’s Brunch, immediately following the ceremony in the Stadium Club room.
